Lead the Experience Without Managing Every Detail
Group leaders play an important role in bringing travelers together, building excitement, and communicating the vision for the journey. Go Right Travel manages the professional travel-planning side.
- A dedicated advisor coordinating the group
- Support developing the destination and trip concept
- Promotional information and traveler communication guidance
- Potential complimentary travel or Tour Conductor benefits
- A shared experience built around your community
Complimentary travel, Tour Conductor credits, amenities, and other group benefits vary by supplier, departure, contract, occupancy, and number of qualifying paid travelers. Benefits are not guaranteed.
You Know the People. We Know the Travel.
Successful groups often begin with one trusted person who brings together people with a shared connection or interest. That person does not need to become a travel agent or manage every reservation.
As the group leader, you help shape the vision, introduce the opportunity to your audience, and build enthusiasm. Go Right Travel works behind the scenes to coordinate the supplier, pricing, reservations, traveler questions, deadlines, documents, and important logistics.
The result is a group experience that feels personal to your community while being professionally organized and supported.

Before We Build Your Group
How many travelers are needed?
Minimum group size varies by supplier and travel style. Some benefits may begin with as few as eight or ten travelers, while other contracts require more rooms, cabins, or participants.
Does the group leader travel for free?
Not automatically. Complimentary space or Tour Conductor credits depend on the supplier’s contract, qualifying paid travelers, occupancy, and other terms.
Do group members pay individually?
The payment process depends on the supplier and group contract. In many cases, travelers make individual deposits and payments through an established reservation process.
Can the leader add a fundraising amount?
Certain suppliers and group structures may allow an approved fundraising contribution, hosted benefit, or added amount. This must be structured before the group is promoted.
Is there a group planning fee?
The appropriate structure depends on the group’s complexity, supplier, expected revenue, custom work required, and requested services. Any professional fee will be confirmed before planning begins.
Can travelers book outside the group?
Travelers who book independently may not qualify for group pricing, amenities, support, or included arrangements. Group benefits generally apply only to reservations within the official contract.
