Do I need to know which service I want before contacting you?
No. A discovery consultation can help determine whether Travel Blueprint™, Signature Journey™, or Group Journeys™ is the best fit.
When does planning begin?
Custom research begins after the service scope is confirmed, the applicable agreement is accepted, and the Design Investment has been processed.
Is the Design Investment refundable?
Design Investments are nonrefundable once custom planning and research begin. The specific terms will be confirmed before payment.
Can I compare options before deciding?
Yes. Each service page explains its scope, inclusions, and level of support so you can select the option that best fits your needs.
